How to apply

Step 1
To apply for work experience with the Australian Centre for Plant Functional
Genomics it is important that you firstly contact
us and let us know your interested. Please outline your background
and research interests.
We will then arrange for you to meet potential supervisors,
get a feel for the type of research conducted and make
yourself known to the Centre.
Step 2
You will then be required
to send through:

letter stating why you would like to do work experience
within the Centre and outline your background. |

An up to date copy
of your CV |
| • |
A copy of your academic
transcript or a summary of the subjects you are currently
studying |
| • |
The names and contact
details of three academic referees (two academic and
one personal) |

apply. Projects can be negotiated with supervisor. |

to fill out appropriate payroll details, tax forms
and other administration documents in their beginning
week. Students will also be required to sign an ACPFG
confidentiality agreement. |
