The ACPFG is one of the largest cereal crop genomics facilities in the southern hemisphere, employing more than 100 research scientists and staff, with research nodes at The University of Adelaide, The University of Melbourne, The University of Queensland, and The University of South Australia.


We conduct research in innovative applications of plant genomics technology to develop improved agricultural products. Operations are guided by a diverse management team.


The headquarters of the ACPFG which are based at The University of Adelaide's Waite Campus occupy the newly constructed Plant Genomics Centre featured below.
