Expertise and Research Interests

Barley cell wall long-oligonucleiotide microarray: Production and application for gene discovery. This project is funded by ACPFG, and collaborated with and supported by Du Pont Pioneer. The aim is to integrated microarray technology with other technology for gene discovery. And also to test the effect of abiotic factors on expression of cell wall related genes during later developmental stage of barley.

Other Expertise

Insect molecular biology and crop breeding.
