Expertise and Research Interests

Plant proteomics, with a particular focus on quantitative analyses.

Expertise with 2D PAGE, DIGE, multidimensional liquid chromatography coupled to MS/MS peptide identifications and iTraq peptide tagging. Abiotic stress tolerance in cereals, particularly nutrient toxicities and drought stress.
